THE PROCESS

Part 1: Design

1.An engineer digitizes parts from a model for a new raft before importing it into a CAD system.

 

 

 

                                


2.Any final changes are reviewed

 

Part 2: Transform

1.The CAD design is transformed into a visual representation of the final product, , first as a wireframe.

 

 

 

2.The Wireframe is then Rendered as the Model gets closer to production.

 

 

 

                                                              Part 3: Manufacture

1.Workers use a computerized cutting machine to cut parts of a raft before assembling it.

2.Pre-Assembly begins....

 

 

 

 

 

3.A finished 8-man raft is built to Military Standards.
